Paying for your holiday

 All the details on this page are for guests who book directly with us. If you booked via an agent, contact them for help with payments.

Are you an early booker or a last-minute escaper?

Depending on how far in advance you book, you could secure your holiday without having to pay for it all in one go.

I'll be arriving in more than 8 weeks

You'll be able to secure your holiday with a deposit, which is made up of:

Holiday Deposit £50 for each week (or part-week) of your stay
Holiday Cancellation Plan (optional) £4 for each night of your stay

The deposit is the minimum payment needed to secure your holiday and will be subtracted from the total cost of your holiday. You are welcome to pay more (or even the full amount). After you pay the deposit, you can make as many payments as you like. The entire balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before you are due to arrive.

I'll be arriving in fewer than 8 weeks

As you're making a more last-minute booking, you will have to pay the full amount in one go. Don’t forget to include our Holiday Cancellation Plan when you book, ensuring you are covered for last minute cancellation due to sickness, redundancy, or jury service (proof required), up to 48 hours before arrival.
